Join the city of Mount Hope on Saturday November 16th to celebrate the life of NFL great Lonnie (Sam) Warwick. There will be a memorial service honoring the life and legacy of Mr. Warwick at the Mount Hope Baptist Temple at 11:00am. Following the service, there will be a celebration of life at the Lonnie Warwick Mount Hope Municipal Stadium, starting at 1:00 pm.
There is no cost to attend, and everyone is welcome. Live music and local vendors will be in attendance. All proceeds raised through vendors will be donated toward the revitalization of the Lonnie Warwick Mount Hope Municipal Stadium.
