City of Mount Hope ordinance Section 8-1-2 and Section 8-1-3 provides that early voting will be conducted by mail instead of voting by person at City Hall.

• Voter requests application from City Clerk.
• Or Application available on the City Website@ mthopewv.org
• Application sent to Voter.
• Voter returns application to City Clerk.
• Ballot sent to voter.
• Ballot returned to City Clerk.
• Processed and must be received by June 5, 2020.
