City of Mount Hope ordinance Section 8-1-2 and Section 8-1-3 provides that early voting will be conducted by mail instead of voting by person at City Hall.

- Application sent to Voter.
- Voter returns application to City Clerk.
- Ballot sent to voter.
- Ballot returned to City Clerk.
- Processed and must be received by June 5, 2020.
